Increasing regulatory requirements and staffing a crucial concern, procurement’s role needs to shift to #businesspartner or #internalconsultant, unpacking #valuechains to free up valuable staff time, and work with its stakeholders to improve quality of service, providing choice for their clients, whilst still maintaining #value at its core.
